Occupational Consultation Services

Occupational Consultation Services (OCS) was founded as a subsidiary of Project COPE, Inc. in 1994 in response to municipal and business needs in the Greater Lynn community.  OCS works with businesses to support personal and professional development and promote healthy business and management practices. OCS, in association with Boston Alcohol and Substance Abuse Programs, Inc. (Boston ASAP) provides services throughout the Boston area.

Employee Assistance Program

OCS currently provides EAP services to approximately 4000 employees, assisting employees with personal issues interfering with job performance and productivity. OCS provides training, 24-hour availability for referral response, employee assessments and referrals, manager consultations, and policy development expertise.

Management and Financial Consultation

OCS provides management training as well as individual and small group consultation to managers and CEOs including:

•  Development of supervisory techniques
•  Establishment of financial systems
•  Training in good accounting practice skills
•  Assistance in audit preparation
